Rosalie B. Cadle (Rosie) was born in the City of Bacalod, Philippines, to Conrado and Juliana Belleza.  She graduated from Emiliano Lizares High School in the Philippines before attending secretarial school for two years.  She moved to the United States in 2002 and now lives in Rootstown with her husband Donald.

Rosie worked in quality assurance for almost 20 years before becoming an education aide at Rootstown Schools, where she still enjoys working with the children.  Rosie has been a wonderful addition to the Epling Estates team, joining us on a part time basis in 2023.  Her cheerful enthusiasm and go-getter spirit make her a joy to be around.  In her free time, Rosie enjoys shopping, traveling, listening to music, and spending time with friends.
