David A. Collier (Dave) was born in Akron, Ohio, to William & Barbara Collier. Dave lived out his childhood years in the small town of Hartville, where he graduated from Lake High School in 1996. After high school, Dave worked for AA Sound and Lighting before starting his own company Specialized Landscape and Lawn Care. As an adult, he went back to school to earn his bachelor's degree in criminal justice administration at the University of Phoenix. Dave is also the very proud father of two, David Jr. and Alyssa.

Since 2001, Dave has worked tirelessly for Epling Estates. His commonsense approach is complemented by his exceptional customer service and first-rate skill sets. Dave's reputation of being honest, friendly, and a professional problem solver makes him an integral part of our team. When not at work, he enjoys working on projects around the house and spending time with family and friends.
