Permission to Enter:
 Do we have permission to enter your property to complete the work order? YES: You will not need to be home to have the work order completed. The maintenance man will sign out a key for your property at the office prior to completing your work order. NO: You will need to be home when the work order is completed. Maintenance will call you in order to schedule a convenient time.
   We will make every effort to complete your service request within three business days.
