If you lease more than one property from Epling Estates, you must submit individual deferral requests for each property. A $20 deferral fee will apply to each deferred payment. In order to process an EFT Deferral request, Epling Estates must receive the request after 8:00 AM on the 20th of the prior month and before 4:00 PM on the 1st of the month to be deferred. Any deferral requests made outside of this time frame will not be honored. We are not currently accepting deferral requests, but we will begin accepting requests for October deferrals on September 20, at 8:00 AM.
